First of all, the product. This chainsaw is incredible; it’s bigger and louder than the old Gemmy chainsaws, fairly movie accurate with a nice paintjob. Perfect prop for cons or scaring kids on Halloween without having to swing around a real (chainless) saw. Only wish they figured out a way to have a real pull cord, even if it’s just for fun and not to start it
Secondly, Zoltangal. What an absolute pleasure doing business with them. I pre-ordered this saw for local pickup – they were quick to respond to all my questions, let me know as soon as it was ready for pickup, the pickup was easy to schedule and they went above and beyond in regards to the actual purchase.
